Internationally selling author L.M. Sutton’s passion for the written word started very young and transformed into a hobby as a young adult. After many years as a legal and business professional, she decided to transition from writing for pleasure to sharing her work with others. Sutton as always been an avid reader of many genres, but was drawn to novels that are a blend of romance and action. This led to the launch of her premier novel THE TRADE, her first book in the Donovan Security Series. She is expanding her writing to women's fiction and suspense.

When she is not writing, she enjoys a quiet afternoon curled up with one of her favorite authors, spending time with her family, and the outdoors. She lives in Maryland with her husband and four-legged child as her two-legged children have already left the nest.
